What We Do Best
The First and most important step is to determine the cause of water entry. We use all means possible to stop or minimise further water entry into the property. We use skilled tradesmen to install temporary barriers and divert water before the restoration process begins. Mould Remediation
After removing as much water as possible the drying and mould remediation process can take place. With the use of specialised equipment/techniques we dry all structure and contents then remove or sanitise any fixed or airborne mould to return the contaminated of your property area back to its pre event condition
Causation Inpection and Water Damage Assesment
Some times it is not so obvious to find cause or location of water entry into a building. We use specialist equipment and trade based industry leading knowledge to find the cause and pinpoint an exact water entry location. We then assess the degree and extent of damage.

Based on the extent of damage and water absorption into building materials we prepare a detailed extraction, drying and remediation plan. As a licensed builder we can also prepare a causation report and scope of works for your insurance company

We can then complete any structure repair needed to bring your property up to the current building code. Most of the work is carried out by our skilled in house team although we also engage the best local trades as necessary. Certain strains of mould spore can be particularly dangerous and multiply rapidly, these strains should be handled with extreme caution even amongst the most healthy individuals. Unfortunately if you already have underlying health issues, particularly respiratory issues you may be much more susceptible to further immune system complications or ill health due to the presence of any mould. For this reason in some instances we may suggest using our laboratory testing service either prior to or upon completion of the mould remediation process. These tests are dependant on the specific situation and if the building is to still be habitable during the restoration process. Testing can also be carried out if requested by the home owner or insurer. That way it can be determined exactly what strains are present and the best way to mitigate any complications moving forward.
